« The Professional Scrum Master program includes a course, an assessment, and a certification. The Professional Scrum Master course is the first significant update of the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course that Ken Schwaber first created in 2002. The Professional Scrum Master course covers Scrum basics, including the framework, mechanics, and roles of Scrum, but it also teaches how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity, and the total cost of ownership of software products. The program includes two levels of assessment and certification. For more information about the Professional Scrum Master program, check https://www.scrum.org/courses/professional-scrum-master-training/ »

The instructor is Ralph Jocham (http://courses.scrum.org/about/ralph-jocham), the founder of Effective Agile (http://www.effectiveagile.com/).

« Ralph and I have worked together on Scrum over the last several years. I can highly recommend him to anyone who wants to apply Scrum to gain agility. He is knowledgeable both in management practices, as well in the best ways for developers to work within a Scrum environment. »
